Google user data this app accesses
When the operator authorizes hx, the app requests:
- Gmail send (
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send) — send messages from the authorized Google account. The app does not use this grant to read mailbox contents. - Calendar read (
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.readonly) — read calendar lists and event times, titles, and locations. The app does not create, change, or delete events through this grant.
How that data is used
Google user data is used only to compose and deliver a private daily plan and related operator messages. It is not used for advertising, analytics products, credit decisions, or any purpose unrelated to that tool.
How that data is stored
OAuth refresh and access tokens are stored on a private server controlled by the operator. Calendar snapshots and composed messages may be written to that same private environment. They are not stored in a public database.
How that data is shared
hx does not sell Google user data. It does not share Google user data with third parties except Google, when calling Google’s own APIs to send mail or read calendar.
Google API Services User Data Policy / Limited Use
hx’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not transferred to others, is not used for serving advertisements, and is not used for determining credit-worthiness or lending purposes.
Retention and revocation
Tokens remain until the operator revokes access in their Google account (Google Account → Security → Third-party access) or deletes them from the server. After revocation the app cannot call Gmail or Calendar.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above will be updated. Continued use after an update means the new policy applies.
